Don’t let your sitting position cause backache that will add to your stress
Sit straight and tall with your shoulders back. If you find that you cannot hold this position on your own, a lumbar roll cushion can help hold you in that position during your day.
Never sit still for more than 20 minutes at a time. Your body was made to move. It is not good for it to sit all day long.
